Returns Policy

All goods must be returned to us in their original condition and original packaging, complete with all labels for a full refund. School Shoes Direct has the right to refuse a refund on the grounds of intentional or accidental damage made to the shoes.

Exchanges/Refunds

School Shoes Direct is happy to offer a refund or exchange on unworn products up to 14 days after receipt. All that we ask is that you return them in the condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.

Returns will be processed within 14 days.

Faulty Returns

School Shoes Direct takes every care to provide the highest quality products for all their customers. If however your footwear is found to be faulty then please return the item to us. If faulty then either a full refund of the price of the item will be given or we will send you a replacement product. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns will be processed within 14 days.
